The Ottawa Home and Garden Show 2013

This March we had our first booth at the Ottawa Home and Garden Show. It was a great success and we have already booked up for next year. We were very lucky to have some wonderful staff working with us and we were pleased to meet some of our current customers there and many future customers.

The Ottawa Humane Society’s 2012 Furball.

We were proud to be a part of this years furball..as you can see the theme was Bollywood and we had a great time! The OHS raised $161,000!

St Patricks Day in Ottawa!

We were honoured to be asked by Cub and Company from 939 BOB FM to get involved with the St Patricks Day Parade this year!We had a great time and have loads of ideas already for next year!

We are very proud to have been awarded the 2011 Torch Award for Marketplace Trust in the Home Maintenance category, from the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Ontario.

November is Movember!

The month of the Moustache!
This month, Dave our owner is growing a moustache in honour of Movember! This month has been designated as mens health awareness month.
We will be donating a portion of all of our calls to Prostate Cancer Canada this month.

Wiggle Waggle Walkathon

Please join us this September 11th 2011 at the Ottawa Humane Society Wiggle Waggle Walkathon.
We will be on site in our event tent showing our ongoing support to the less fortunate animals of Ottawa.
Over August right up to the event, we will be donating $10 from every service call we run to the Ottawa Humane Society.

World Plumbing Day on March 11th

DS Plumbing will be celebrating this important day.
World Plumbing Day was founded by the World Plumbing council two years ago, to highlight the essential role plumbers and plumbing systems play in world-wide health; and to bring awareness to the significant contributions the plumbing industry has made to water and energy conservation efforts.
Please take the time to appreciate your plumbing system! It may be a nuisance occasionally, but if we didn’t have plumbing we would still be living in the dark ages!
